TOUMEIGIKEN develops, produces, and sells optical measuring instruments, mainly laser interferometers.
In addition, we offer ultra-precision flat and spherical glass-polished products (λ / 20). Furthermore, we will cultivate optical measurement technology in new fields that meet the needs of our customers.

We produce and sell various Fizeau type laser interferometers with maximum measurement diameters of 4 inches (100 mm), 6 inches (150 mm) and 1.5 inches (38 mm).
Since the measurement stroke is long, it is possible to evaluate the surface accuracy of lenses with a wide range of apertures and radii of curvature.

Since various standard lenses (reference lenses) for laser interferometer are available, it is possible to measure and evaluate the surface accuracy of convex and concave lenses with a wide range of apertures and radii of curvature.

《 Fringe analyzer》
From 2020, we have released new interference fringe analyzer: IFM.
IFM is equipped with new analysis functions such as ISO10110-5 support, and the UI (user interface) has been enhanced so that even beginners can easily perform high-precision measurement, evaluation, and analysis.

We have various options such as various anti-vibration table and adjustment stage for using laser interferometer.
We also develop custom optical measuring system such as MTF measuring system, Shack-Hartmann wavefront measuring system, and lens visual inspection system that meet the needs of users.
