From 2020, we have released new interference fringe analyzer: IFM.
IFM is equipped with new analysis functions such as ISO10110-5 support, and the UI (user interface) has been enhanced so that even beginners can easily perform high-precision measurement, evaluation, and analysis.
We have various options such as various anti-vibration table and adjustment stage for using laser interferometer.
